Today I am going for an afternoon run. I will send a get well card to my Aunt who broke her hip and I will laugh at any fear that comes along!

Great reminder. Your comment that Mondays are a seventh of our lives is so true. Each day our heart beats about 100,000 times (I think) and that’s far too many life beats to go without some laughter and joy.

Wow I didn’t know how many times our hearts beat in a day. I think we could increase how many times they beat in joy especially on Mondays.
