“Burn your excuses!” The most important one. This keeps us all back as we buy into our own BS excuses and actually believe them to be so.
    Great list!!

Tess, Have I told you I love you? I am telling you again. (and will continue to do so). I a list-fanatic and simply love this one.
    143. Take your own advice – beautiful!
    128.Refuse to betray yourself.
Oh, I’d repeat all 150. I read the list twice.
I’ve got a “Tess” folder – a bright orange one with your list posts filed in them to read whenever I like. Thank you so much. I am blessed we’re connected!

My favorites: Take your own advice & refuse to betray yourself. I also took a penguin step and exercised in the pool yesterday. Yahoo. Thanks for another inspirational blog post.

Wow Tess, you’ve really outdone yourself with this list. So many gems here, and I plan to read it again. And then again. I love a list of all the reasons why I can do something and I’ll be putting some of these on my little stickies and have them up all over the place!

150 things? Really? I firmly believe there are three cornerstones to living boldly:

    1) Put God first

    2) Love deeply

    3) Be grateful

Confession: I’m partial to No. 139 on your list!

With a list like this, there’s definitely no excuse for letting our fears hold us back. Many of these gems look like some of the wisdom and inspiration garnered at WDS. Now that’s an amazing group to connect with and practice many of these actions! I’m totally inspired! Thank you so much Tess!!

Wow, fantastic list! Thanks for brightening my morning with some ideas to get myself motivated to succeed today. The two most important for me today:

Dwell on what you want to be, have, and do.
See it working out in the end.

    Thanks.

    I have to confess.
I thought the 9th one said MediCate twice daily.
When I did a double take, I laughed until tears streamed down my face. I have to wonder if this was some kinda freudian slip?!
The laughter in and of itself motivatred me.
    Great post.
    Thank You So Much

Tess, these two (coupled together!) stood out for me:
Be with those who see your magnificence. (YES YES YES! I often need reminding that I’m enough. My friends help me remember and/or see it when I can’t.)
Be uncool. Lose your need to fit in. (I LOVE THIS ONE!!!)

    150 – you just don’t stop! Another BOLD tip—Tess, you’re the best!

Love #67–take a nap. Reminds me of a true story about a bear that fell off the side of a bridge onto a ledge. There was no way up and no way down. The ground was far below. There didn’t seem to be any way to help him, so he was left to his fate. The next morning, the bear was sound asleep on the ledge. With renewed interest, they figured out a way to rig a net below him. They sedated him and nudged him into the net and lowered him to the ground, where, after waking up refreshed, he walked calmly away!
