Each Friday I create a "Hit List" and share some of my favorite bloggers and posts. It's so refreshing to know there are good people doing good things, making the world a better place for everyone.
Grab a cup of tea and enjoy!
1. Courtney Carver blogs at Be More With Less, where she discusses how to simplify your life and really live, how to create a life with more savings and no debt, more health and less stress, more time and less stuff, and more joy with less obligation.
Her second blog, The Project 333 where she challenges you to live with 33 items including clothing, accessories, jewelry, outerwear and shoes.
Courtney's a beautiful person (I met her in San Francisco) and I think her way of life is a beautiful thing.
2. Emma from Graceful Balance, is an eloquent writer and always a joy to read.
She has an awesome poem posted called,"Sometimes Greed is Good," Emma shares her experience regarding the four components of balanced living which are: nutrition, physical activity, mental/emotional health and spiritual connection. Her blog is sure to make you smile.
3. Hope Lab is a nonprofit, with a mission to combine rigorous research with innovative solutions to improve the health and quality of lives of young people with chronic illness.
Their product Re-Mission™ is a video game developed specifically for adolescents and young adults to help them blast through cancer.
4. Liz Song from Live Inspired (works at Hope Lab). Liz created this video with three years of her own photographs and a beautiful song. She presented it at TEDActive 2011 gathering.

Hmmm, gosh so many people inspired me this week. My oldest daughter and her decision to keep heading up a program on her college campus for adults with disabilities. Despite her hectic schedule she found time to do what inspires her to inspire others.
