Leading a happy and successful life requires us to make healthy choices, think positively and believe in ourselves. This is a great list. What a life I would have if I could manage doing all of these things! For someone looking to practice the art of life balance, this is a perfect list to hang up and look at every day. We may not be able to do all of things all of the time, but it’s a great check-in list to determine what you need to be focusing on. Personally, I need to be reconnecting with my active lifestyle. Since the cold weather hit, I have not been moving my body as much as I used to. This is on top of my list today!
