How To Get Out of Your Head And Live In Your Heart

live in your heart

Trust your heart. It is the essence of who you are.

Don’t be fooled by your head. Your head knows pain, fear and sickness.

Spend time in your heart, it is the center for joy, creativity and love.

Your heart knows the way to a rich and meaningful live. It is a reservoir of unbounded courage and endless compassion.

Your heart heals. Your heart leaps for joy and flutters in passion.

Your heart overflows with beauty and wisdom. Your heart knows.

Take things to your heart. Listen to your heart.

Sit in a quiet space and calm down by taking several deep belly-breaths. Place your hand on your heart. Read one quote at a time and ask your heart the question that follows. Write the answers you receive in your journal. Act on the guidance you receive.

Isn’t it awfully tight to fit in one’s own heart? Can you really live in it?
Joke aside! Thanks for a great post!
I like to think of what you write about as “trusting myself” and trying to connect with what I know is right deep down inside. Totally different from analyzing things with the brain.

    Great post!

What a wonderful reminder. I used to be very left brained. I was a physics and math major in college. Then my last semester I took an art course and loved it, That lead to me taking TM and meditating. Before I knew it I was following my heart and my life has been magical ever since.

Great post and a wonderful reminder. I love the quotes.

Thanks for sharing! You’re blessed to have a brain balance;)) Or that that’s what it seems like to me. I can’t imagine understanding physics and having a math major. Thanks for sharing your gifts and talents with all of us!

Tess, this is so powerful! What stood out was the amount of questions that my heart posed while reading the quotes. I feel these are heart opening questions, as they create the space to be in heart-centered thinking and create expansion in the heart as we breathe into them looking for the answers.
