Hello Tess,

A few days ago I went to your homepage and noticed the ’101′ post, but did not at the moment read any offered…

Yesterday evening while running a 5 mile barefoot run on the beach at sunset I told myself…’I bet Tess included a *gratitude* affirmation among the ’101′.

As I ran >>>>>>>>>>>>>thoughts of being blessed by God came to me. After all my years of being a runner I am so fortunate to be setting my foot prints joyously into the soft sand…being able to weave around washed up sea kelp…going up onto deeper sand when the high tide forces me to. Soon the whales will be migrating south to Baja…god willing I will be treated again to wonderful breaching this upcoming year.

This one gave me a real belly busting laugh!

…being that I severed and lacerated tendons plus nerves in two of my fingers last August while…making a *Veggie Sandwich*…again ‘grateful’…could have been worst,but sure did not save much money…WAIT…my insurance saved me a whole big bag of money!!

*Laughter* has been my ‘Word’ for 2012…it helped me through a lot, and I hope I made life a bit easier for others
