Tess, I should be thanking you for introducing me to such a lovely song. I usually listen to Bollywood songs. English songs are rare - only if some one near me is a huge fan of it ;)

Oh so nice to know someone else feels the same way about this song! I love songs like this - they kind of take me to another place, if you will, to dream and create energy. I love it!

What does taste every moment and live it out loud mean to you?
Are you living like this is the time of your life?

For me, this song is about Savoring life... marinating in each moment... and it includes elements of courage. Spreading those wings and leaping from the safety nest trusting that I know how to fly... and I know how to land.

Yes, I believe I am living the time of my life.

Patricia,
I'm sending love and blessings for your healing. Glad I can pump you up with your song on your ipod. And I'm heading over to check out your book review. I love books for women!

Pam,
I was never one of those great looking runners in the magazines! But my body doesn't care it just thanks me for keeping it healthy! Run on. xo

Carolynn,
Absolutely, living is about the mess as well as success. In fact we can't reach success until we've dealt with our messes. Like you I agree we have peaks and valleys. Valleys are normal...we just can't set up camp there!

Ann-Marie,
Oh yeah, I'm all for having the best time ever on earth. No pity pot, drama or suffering for me. Let's celebrate the ups and down and help others celebrate as well. You rock!

Joy,
Yes, let's put our stamp on it. My stamp says, "I heart you." Thanks for being the shining example you are joy. I've been blessed that our paths have crossed. x0

Avani,
Me too, love the words. Let's go stand on the mountain top and shout them to the world today. Thanks for you wonderful comments. They mean so much to my readers and me.

Jan,
Oh yeah I now you're enjoying Florida, Walking with the sunshine singing your song. Thanks for your awesome meditations. You make a difference and I've been a part of it.

Jannie,
Time to wake up...Happy Wednesday!

Love it, love it. You made me very happy with this. I can see you running to this Tess. I think I'll follow suit, load it up in the ipod and walk the beach with it. It ALL speaks to me, every word. Let's soar, now or never. xo

Wow, what a beautiful, inspiring song. Absolutely loved these lines :

Holding onto things that vanished into the air
Left me in pieces but now I am rising from the ashes
Finding my wings and all that I needed
Was there all along within my reach

Hi Tess,
What a great song to run to!
"Taste Every Moment"--to be mindfully present to the moment exactly as it is without allowing our expectations or past experiences to color it in any way. If it is sad, then feel sad, if it is glorious then feel glorious. Then move on to the next moment. Let it all resonate within and let the momentum move you forward.

"Live it Out Loud" --express it in your own individual unique way. Through your facial expressions, body language, attire, choices, however it is you wish to 'live': art, words, something tangible, something intangible. Put your stamp on it.

Yes, I am living like *this* is the time of my life because it truly is. Every step I take, God carries, the Universe meets and it all unfolds in such a beautiful manner when I am most open and mindful; and still a beautiful manner even if I'm closed and harried--I just can't see it:).

Life is truly precious indeed:)
Much peace.....

'Taste every moment and live it out loud' is for me being able to see the wholesome 'what is so' about myself, other people and everyday situations. To stop the mindless chit chat in my head, know that I am enough and listen to my heart, to go beyond my ego and not deny myself or others our God given right to have the best time ever while we're on this earth.
And boy oh boy that'll take some accomplishment so for now I'm paying attention to the journey - every single moment!
Tess keep doing what you are doing, keep shining the light that focuses us inwards towards our heart self. You rock! xx

I like this song too and will often sing along in my car when it comes on the radio.

I think I'm living out loud and tasting every moment, for the most part. I concur with a lot of what Wilma has mentioned and would add that living a life without fear goes a long way toward remaining open to opportunities and joy when it comes along. The ability to trust, not others so much as myself, that no matter what happens, I'll be okay is key to embracing life fully.

I'd also have to say that the experience of living includes all of me, in my wholeness, and that sometimes means descending into heartache and pain from time to time. A life fully lived is not comprised only of "good" days, but is a messy myriad of emotions & experiences. The trick is in only staying down long enough to push off from the bottom and rise to the top again, buoyed up by gratitude.

Blessings,
Carolynn
