This is wonderful. Although no one greets me “good morning sunshine” every morning, I greet myself with a smile and jump out of bed ready for a new day. That has made a big difference in how I am the rest of the day, regardless of whether I didn’t get enough sleep, pulled an all-nighter or had a lot of work to do the night before.
